9. Three operating modes:
a. Dynamic mode: normal pipeline mode;
b. Static mode: After the material enters the weighing platform, the weighing platform stops running, and weighs to improve accuracy, suitable for products with less than 20 passes per minute;
c. Energy-saving mode: (optional) On the basis of modes a and b, the energy-saving mode can be turned on, and the shutdown period of no material passing is set. When the equipment is idling, it will automatically stop after a long period of time, and then automatically start when there is material passing.
10. Fault self-detection: self-detection: whether the motor, frequency converter, AD, sensor and photo electricity are normal, the cause of the fault, and the pilot detection of the cylinder, solid state relay, and solenoid valve. It is convenient for non-professionals to check and repair.
11. Peripheral equipment communication: standard RS-485 and RS-232 dual communication port output. a. The RS-485 interface is MODBUS, RTU standard protocol, but the write address (57600bps, 8, N, 1, and the slave station number is 3) can not be modified. b. (Optional) The RS-232 interface is a self-defined protocol, and the content of the command can be set by yourself. (57600bps, 8, N, 1) can be modified.
12. External printers or other communicable equipment can also be connected with front and rear packaging machines and production equipment to feed back the weighing results so that the formula parameters can be automatically modified.
