Our thermal transfer overprinters (TTO) provide an ideal printing solution onto flexible packaging across a wide variety of industrial applications. Intuitive touch screen technology makes it easy to add code content—like a new date, a time, or traceability data—without mechanical changes to the printer.
This includes printing onto plastics, film packaging, labels, gloss card, and other flexible materials requiring consistent, error free best before dates, real time, batch codes, barcode, ingredients, graphics, pictures, logos and other variable product information. Print on snack foods, confectionery and bakery products, frozen and refrigerated foods (meat & poultry, dairy, bagged fruits & vegetables), cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and other products packaged in flexible films.

With 34 mm & 53 mm print head, NY-53 is one of most cost-effective smart coding machines, provides excellent solutions to soft-packaging coding in a wide range of fields like food, pharmacy, daily use chemicals, seeds, daily use paper and financial bill etc.
Thermal transfer printing uses a high resolution (300 dpi) thermal printhead and thermal transfer ribbon. The printer heats select elements on the thermal printhead to transfer the colored pigment in the ribbon onto the flexible packaging.
TTO Thermal Transfer Printer can print various of contents.
No matter what you want to print in Iranian calendar, Persian calendar, or the Special Language, you can edit it freely.
