» Description
NY-830 tamper-evident labeling machines are designed for the application of seal labels on cartons, containers, trays and boxes to protect the packaging from manipulation and counterfeits. The carton L shape security seal labeler is a flexible system that can put corner sealing labels around the corners of small cartons for temper evidence or anti-counterfeiting purposes for the pharmaceutical industry.
» Application
- Flexible dual corner sealing pattern (two upper, two lower or diagonal) for different box folding format.
- Different kinds of security labels, with a bar code or other information, are attached to small box to add security protection and tamper evidence.
- Often integrate with intermittent small box cartoning system in front of labeling machine.
- Powered separating wheels to ensure proper spacing between cartons. Hold down conveyor at synchronized speed to maintain stability of cartons when labeling. Ensures labeling consistence for light weight cartons.
