» Description
Equipped with one or two labeling heads, this unique inline labeling system NY-831 is ideal for labeling challenging conical bottles,which can apply labels with a height difference, perfectly labeled with one top neck label and one or two side labels on the circumference or a part of it. The label head angle adjustment unit and wrap station are integrated to place labels on the conical bottles. The labeling machine also can be converted for round bottle wrap-around labeling easily. Widely used in the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, personal care, health products, CBD oils, craft breweries, petroleum, nutraceutical,cosmetics, daily chemical and other industries.
» Application
- Allows the placement of one or two labels on cylindrical or conical upright standing containers to realize the body & neck double taper labeling.
- With wrap station, each label head can complete single/double sticker labeling, so the system can complete one label, two labels, three labels, even four labels wrap round labeling according to your requirement.
- A multitude of optional extras are available. Can integrate other label applicators for additional label application on the same product (e.g. Top, Seal etc.)
- The industrial labeling machine can be stand-alone operations or online connected to other packaging machines (e.g. filling machines, capping machine)
